Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring fairness and transparency, and have put in place the following refund policy:

If we fail to deliver the assignment by the agreed deadline due to an internal delay, you are eligible for a full refund.
In the event of a duplicate payment, we will issue a refund for the extra amount promptly.
You are entitled to request revisions if the completed assignment does not meet your original guidelines. If revisions fail to meet your expectations, a refund may be provided.
If the assignment contains plagiarised content, we will offer a full refund and sincerely apologise for the mistake.
If you cancel your order before it is assigned to an expert, a refund will be processed as per our cancellation policy.

We offer unlimited revisions within the first 14 days after receiving your completed assignment.
Revisions must not deviate from the original assignment instructions.
If your revision request involves additional instructions not specified in the original order, additional charges may apply.
Our team works to complete revision requests within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the complexity of the required changes.
If after revisions the assignment does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund according to our refund policy.
Revision requests will no longer be accepted after 14 days from the completion date.
In case the revision process affects the deadline, we will expedite the revisions to deliver the final work as soon as possible.

While we encourage you to provide detailed instructions upfront, we understand revisions might be necessary to fine-tune the work to meet your preferences.
